JOB DESCRIPTION:

The candidate’s primary responsibilities will include the necessary support to review current and potential system architectural design and plans, as well as strategically development of emerging technologies. The candidate will accomplish the analysis of customer requirements utilizing applicable tools. Services will include, strong analysis of existing systems and possible solutions utilizing new technologies available, designing, and recommending changes to meet the business requirements, documentation support, and trouble shooting. The support services include administrative responsibilities and the requirements to administer the task and support any maintenance requirements in support of existing core systems.

Job Duties:

The candidate will, in fulfillment of this task, generate workflow solutions, detailed financial and architectural analysis. The candidate will utilize ISO 9000, CMMi and Scaled Agile Framework methodology, Agile Processes established standards and/or procedures as defined by the client in the performance of this task. The candidate will use the available hardware and software provided by the client, as tools in the process. If you do not have experience in system architecture you will not be considered for this position.

At least nine years of demonstrated experience is required in information systems development, functional and data requirements analysis, systems analysis and design, programming, program design and documentation preparation. A minimum of ten years must be intensive and progressive experience in managing the implementation of information engineering projects; systems analysis, design and programming; client/server environments; and as specified in the task. Managerial and leadership skills must be proven as well as exceptional written and oral communications skills demonstrated (i.e., including providing formal presentations to diverse audiences).

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related discipline is required. Nine (9) years of relevant experience is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.

A Master's degree in an appropriate discipline will be considered equivalent to two (2) years of relevant experience. A doctoral or Ph.D. degree in an appropriate discipline will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of relevant experience. Six (6) years of relevant experience over and above the minimum experience requirements for the position will be considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, when combined with a certification equivalent to PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CCNP, MCSE, MCSD, CPCM, or CPSM
