General Responsibilities

Job Purpose

This position will be part of the Hertz Car Sales Division supporting car sales team members and locations nationwide. Responsibilities include payables, system administrator, managing supplies, special projects.

Key Result Areas

  • Payables

  • Request, maintain & distribute purchase order numbers and checks

  • Assist with pcard reconciliations

  • System Administrator

  • Manage access for car sales systems

  • Responsible for quarterly SOX control reviews and yearly SOX audits

  • Managing Supplies

  • Order check scanner, dot matrix printer, safe and/or other equipment as needed

  • Locate and allocate all needed forms sales and finance

  • Special Projects

  • Complete special projects as designed by the Retail Support Supervisor

  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

Mandatory Requirements

Knowledge:

  • Oracle / ERP system

  • Hertz retail processes/ procedures

  • Rent2Buy & Car Sales systems

  • Microsoft Office

Skills:

  • Customer service

  • Verbal and written communication

  • Organization skills

  • Problem solving

  • Effectively interact with all levels of the organization from Senior Management to local operations.
