What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting.

  • Requirements may include: program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.

More About the Role:

  • Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting for telecommunications expenses for CACI.

  • You will have responsibility for reviewing and processing monthly carrier invoices to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

  • You will get to work with carriers, vendors and all levels of employees and management in the support of costs associated with telecommunications services.

  • If you love numbers, finding cost savings in invoice discrepancies, and maintaining database accuracy this may be the role for you.

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail is a critical in this role.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Provide full range of services in financial analysis to issues, concerns, and special projects focused on Voice and Data Communications Telecom services.

  • Interface with management to respond to their requests for financial data. Resolves telecom circuit billing and reporting issues. Works with carriers to audit costs and validate billing accuracy.

  • Order and cancel voice and data services for the Corporate Information Systems (CIS) Group.

  • Conducts and may lead audits of telecommunications services and updates record databases.

  • Ensure billing stops for disconnected services (perform bill review and analysis for new and disconnected services).

  • Investigate and provide proper coding for new circuits/line inventory items for weekly batch files.

  • Respond to end user bill inquiries.

  • Integrate Data and Voice invoices and services for newly acquired sites to the CACI contracts and pricing and on-line vendor tools.

  • Ensure all inventory items in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) system are properly coded to the correct office and charge code.

  • Manage 3rd party TEM vendor to ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely.

  • Prepars detailed reports and financial analysis for management on Telecommunications spend.

  • Coordinate, negotiate, and resolve financial compliance issues with various CACI vendors providing Telecom services.
