At CACI, we are thrilled to open our new Shared Services Center (SSC) in Oklahoma City, OK! Our SSC will be home to hundreds of CACI team members working in critical corporate functions, such as Finance and Accounting, Information Systems, Contracts, Procurement, Security and Human Resources.

What You'll get to do:

As the Procurement Auditor within CACI’s new shared service center you will be responsible for reviewing order compliance against various regulations and contract requirements that govern CACI’s Government Approved Purchasing System.

Requires a superior ability to maintain, verify, and provide reporting of Procurement’s SSC compliance with established Procurement policies and procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsible for following industry regulatory changes and making recommendations for changes to ensure continued compliance.

Requires regular interaction with Procurement’s corporate compliance group and senior level SSC managers regarding purchasing and subcontract audit status, compliance concerns and opportunities for improvements to subcontract policies and procedures.

Work independently under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Ensuring the Procurement organization maintains the highest levels of fairness, business ethics and personal conduct.

Provides on-going advice and guidance to SSC team members to maintain organizational awareness of federal procurement regulatory changes, including but not limited to Commerciality, CAS, TINA, and Cost/Price Analysis.

You'll bring these qualifications:

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related (government contract administration) experience.

One to three years of purchasing system audit experience with specific experience auditing procurement files for policy adherence and DCMA CPSR requirements.

Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules required.

These qualifications would be nice to have:

Experience with Costpoint and P2P system knowledge
