SMG Liquor Room Attendant in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The Liquor Room Attendant is responsible for the inventory of liquor in the liquor room during events. Liquor Room Attendant must maintain inventory levels of liquor and supplies in regards to all of the bars in the arena.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Entry
  • Inventory control
  • Ensure that bars are properly stocked for all events.
  • Unloading and putting away liquor deliveries
  • Counting and transporting bar supplies as needed during the event
  • Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service is a must

PHYSICAL EFFORT:

This position requires stooping, standing, and lifting product up to 50 pounds. It will also require the ability to push cages in excess of 50 pounds six to eight hours at a time.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position requires the ability to perform in a high volume and fast paced environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 21 years of age or older
  • Maintain a valid Liquor License
  • Must be available evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills are required
  • Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
  • Attend all SMG Alcohol and Policy Training Classes
  • Excellent organizational, planning, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
  • High School Diploma or GED Certification
