Description:

The Insurance/Healthcare Customer Service Representative will answer calls regarding the Insure Oklahoma Insurance program(IO). Will learn the IO program and have the ability to answer all questions regarding IO issues. Assist members with eligibility questions, employers with employee questions and any payment questions as they arise.

Insure Oklahoma Call Center hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.

One to three weeks training course, depending on Medicaid/Insurance knowledge coming into the position.
