What You’ll Get to Do:
At CACI, we are thrilled to open our new Shared Services Center (SSC) in Oklahoma City, OK! Our SSC will be home to hundreds of CACI team members working in critical corporate functions, such as Finance and Accounting, Information Systems, Contracts, Procurement, Security and Human Resources.
As the Field Service Technician, you are responsible for resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of hardware, software or system functional specifications. Analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage and network connectivity. Provides system administration for assigned infrastructure and establishes and maintains security as it relates to users. Applies security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment. Supports new infrastructure projects. Maintains all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.
More About the Role:
Image, configure, and ship desktops and laptops to remote employees.
Safeguard computer data during all support transactions.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote employees.
Troubleshoot network and application access issues including authentication and VPN. Engage additional support teams as appropriate.
Follow customer service best practices during phone and email communications while following information security policies.
Effectively document support procedures.
Document support notes and progress in incident management system.
Adhere to established service level agreements (SLA).
Train junior staff and provide technical guidance for the service desk as appropriate.
Maintain network printers and scanners.
Support mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.
Provision and maintain office phones and voicemail.
Maintain network wiring, LAN switches, and UPS devices.
Troubleshoot LAN issues and work with network engineers to resolve.
Troubleshoot telephony issues and work with telecommunication engineers and vendors to resolve.
Maintain facility security systems in collaboration with Security personnel.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
Proficiency with Windows 10 operating system
Proficiency with Dell laptops and desktops
Proficiency with computer hardware components
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Prior experience working in a shared service environment highly preferred
