What you'll get to do:

This position will be located in a Shared Service Center (SSC), where the individual will work on proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and administration of contracts. Monitors performance for conformance to original proposal. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and administration of contracts. More about this role:

  • Serves as point of contact for internal and external customers.

  • Prepares and disseminates information as required regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination.

  • Initiates documentation to authorize direct work in accordance with contractual specifications.

  • Able to interpret and analyze contract and regulation information.

  • May review the work of others and be able to detect errors or needed modifications.

  • Participates in reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with contractual requirements, risk mitigation, customer specifications, and government regulations.

  • Prepares and reviews and/or negotiates Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s), Teaming Agreements (TA’s), Subcontracts (where CACI is a subcontractor), and modifications to contracts to support company objectives.

  • Prepares special reports and analyses as required.

  • May assist in the development and maintenance of contract database.

You'll bring these qualifications:

  • Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, with additional training in government contracts, and five to seven years of related (government contract administration) experience.

  • Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
