Senior Human Resources Assistant


Reviews for compliance within policy and processes/enters into HRIS all personnel transactions and various employee benefits.  Assist employees and leadership staff in the interpretation of policy and benefits.  Assists in the communication and administration of the employee benefit program.



High school diploma or equivalent GED.  Requires a basic working knowledge of word processing and computer spreadsheet (preferably Word and Excel) gained by either formal training or through work experience.

Requires three years of clerical or secretarial experience coordinating administrative processes or processing transactions/work requests per policies and procedures.  

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with a human resources information system such as Lawson; and experience with the administration of personnel and benefits transactions.
