Coordinates employment and recruitment programs for nursing, allied health and support department employees, including screening and advertising, and participation in job fairs and other recruitment activities.  Makes recommendations to managers concerning policies and procedures.  Serves as a Human Resources liaison with other departments. 



Three years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care facility is required. 

Oklahoma RN license - must be current, restriction-free and maintained.   Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.

Professional recruitment experience in health care in lieu of a nursing license will be accepted.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous hospital Human Resource and/or employee relations experience preferred.
